Anthony will tackle the “basic issues” that directly affect residents’ quality of life which sadly have been lacking. This has forced many residents to move out of Yonkers. Critical issues such as neighborhood safety, housing that is affordable for our seniors and workforce, limiting City spending to keep taxes low, going after Albany politicians to get our rightful share of funds for our public schools, rebuilding our crumbling infrastructure like our sewers which are constantly flooding and water pipes that are consistently breaking, repairing deteriorating roads that wreak havoc on our vehicles and green lighting only smart development that will lift our neighborhoods.
Yonkers needs new leadership, new ideas to address our many issues. Anthony Merante will put YOU first! He has the determination, energy, business know how, and fiscal expertise to lead Yonkers to a better future!
